When can I purchase a Premium Economy Taster Upgrade?
You can purchase a Premium Economy Taster Upgrade between 3 hours and 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time for your flight if:

• You have already booked a Flexible or Corporate Plus fare for your flight;
• There are Premium Economy fares available on your flight; and
• You have not checked in.

How do I purchase a Premium Economy Taster Upgrade?

• You can purchase an Upgrade using your credit card or credit note by calling the Virgin Blue Guest Contact Centre 24 hours a day, seven days a week on 13 67 89 (within Australia); or calling the Virgin Blue Business Service Centre between 8:00am and 5:00pm AEST Monday to Friday.
• You can also redeem your Velocity Points by calling the Velocity Membership Contact Centre on 13 18 75 (within Australia) between 8:00am and 8:00pm AEST Monday to Friday. Please note that Taster Upgrades cannot be purchased using Velocity Points for flights departing before 9:00am or after 11:00pm AEST weekdays or flights departing during weekends.
• Upgrades can NOT be purchased at the airport, in The Lounge or via any other sales channel.
